This splendid fundraising supper is final night together in the presence of Maud Lewis’s work as the exhibition draws to a close.
A Celebration of Our Community
This evening also honours the miraculous opening of our very own arts & culture centre, brought to life through the heart, hands, and hope of this community.
Our inaugural season has already unfolded with remarkable exhibitions, vibrant activities, and unforgettable moments.
Tonight we gather to say au revoir — until we meet again, looking forward with excitement and commitment as we support the next exhibitions and experiences that will continue to shape Land’s End.
We are excited to bring this event to everyone. It’s our first collaboration with Yarmouth County Museum & Archives.
The event offers Signature Cocktails Twilight Tulip Twist and Cats Eyes Collins and a trio of Hors d’Oeuvres starting at 6 p.m.
The evening also includes music by CAPO II.
The seated dinner begins at 7:30 p.m.
Dinner Menu
Lobster Bisque – Velvety Atlantic lobster bisque enriched with cream and a whisper of sherry.
Green Salad – Local greens with herbs, citrus vinaigrette, and edible blossoms inspired by Maud’s palette.
Mixed Grill. A Trio of Amazing Treats
- Lobster Thermidor — baked in a sauce with parmesan gratin
- Beef Tenderloin
- Chef’s Seasonal Fish — fresh Atlantic catch
Accompanied by roasted seasonal vegetables and roasted baby potatoes.
Fruit Pavlova– Crisp meringue, soft within, crowned with whipped cream and bright fruits
